I am steering my life in a specific direction. As we are a sum of our habits, I have decided to write down the habits I wish to make, and the ones I wish to break. Let’s begin optimistically with the habits I wish to make.

I’m going to address the habits I do least often (Yearly Habits) as these are the easiest to forget, but can often have the biggest impact relative to time invested, and work my way down to habits I wish to cultivate each day.
